Recently, I have been making at least one plate with vegetables as the main dish, but my lunch menu on weekends tends to be either “bread” or “ramen” or both….

Right in front of Higashine Elementary School, there is a store with a pop taste that is not often seen in this area.

This is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant with a drum set at the entrance, let alone a live music venue.

I heard it was a burger place, but I’m allowed to come in, right?

I’m in!

The atmosphere inside the store is like a toy store♪ A little bit retro, with rockabilly music playing all the time.

Even if you don’t know much about it, is this what American burger stores were like in the 1960s or thereabouts? I thought.

The restaurant was almost full as we entered around noon. On that day, the restaurant was crowded with a group of women.

We hurriedly took our seats at a table for two in the back.

I would like to have a lunch set this time.

I ordered the classic hamburger lunch and the staff member who accompanied me ordered the bacon and mushroom tomato cream pasta.

Both come with a salad and a drink. Will the burger also come with fries? (excited) I’m looking forward to it.

Salad arrives.

There was a very nice smell from the kitchen the whole time. Is it the smell of meat cooking?

I have never had the experience of eating a hamburger outside of a chain restaurant, so this was the first time I had seen one skewered.

The visuals are shocking.

This is it. This is the kind of picture I wanted today!

I was so excited that I hurried to take a picture. I can’t wait to try the actual food.

Wrap it in paper and eat it.

It is more like a steak than a hamburger. The thickly sliced onions are also delicious when eaten together.

It is not heavily seasoned, but has a strong meaty flavor.

If you want a stronger flavor or want to change the taste, we recommend using ketchup or mustard.

I like that it’s very American to add flavors yourself.

I’ll eat my fries like this, too.

Hmmm…feeling immoral!

The potatoes are the finely sliced, crunchy type. They are lightly salted and can eat as it is.

Next, the staff’s the Bacon and Mushroom Tomato Cream pasta has arrived.

It looks like restaurant pasta.

When we asked later, we learned that the owner was originally trained in a Western-style restaurant. The pasta here is not monotonous in flavor, but has a very good balance of richness and creaminess.

Although hamburgers are the main attraction, other items on the menu are also highly recommended.

We asked the owner, Mr. Yokoo, who was wearing a Ramones T-shirt and an apron, why he chose this kind of interior design.

“I like America so much that I ended up like this. lol” he said.

Look around the store again,

I see. The store, with its rock and punk elements everywhere, is 100% filled with Yokoo’s “love”.

The Mosrite Guitar & Orange Amplifier blends in nicely with the interior.

He is in charge of drums in his band, but you might see Mr. Yokoo playing guitar?
