Western-style restaurant in Onsen-machi, Higashine City

When I heard that “there is a restaurant that serves omelette rice” in Onsen-cho, Higashine City, I immediately went there for lunch.

It is located just across the road from Komatsu no Yu.

The unassuming and cute sign is a landmark. Be careful not to miss it.

I entered the restaurant at about 2:00 p.m. that day.

The interior of the restaurant is clean and stylish.

Stairs in front of the counter lead upstairs to a spacious area.

I wasn’t sure what to order but decided the “Chicken and Garlic in Tomato Sauce Base” with Butter Rice.

They mainly serve omelette rice, but in fact, Tamago Dining Triangle is a Western-style restaurant.

I think you can tell that from the delicious and beautiful appetizers. By the way, there is also a pasta menu!

The quiche is moist & the crispy dough is delicious. The soup in the bowl changes seasonally. This day it was clam chowder.

These appetizers are all delicious! While I was whispering to my boss, The omelet I was looking forward to has arrived.

Now, let’s crack it open and let it thicken!

I’m happy to see that it’s as tender as I expected it to be…

When you hear the word “butter rice,” you may think it is a little heavy, but it is not too heavy and has just a hint of butter. But it is not too heavy, and the slight buttery flavor is very good!

Rice is soft.

Perhaps because of the overall light flavor, the tomato flavor seemed to stand out.

Personally, I prefer a sauce with just enough flavor to allow me to taste the ingredients rather than a sauce with a lot of flavor.

It was so delicious that neither of us said what we thought of it, and we ate in silence for a while.

This is the “Hamburger Demi Sauce” omelette rice that my boss ordered. In my mind, I was thinking intensely, “Demi is good too…”!

The volume is probably more than enough for a woman.

The boss also seemed very satisfied, saying, “I’m full. The demi-sauce is not too strong, and the balance is good when eaten with the egg.

It can be used for lunch or as a café!

Tamago Dining Triangle also offers pasta and desserts.

Even though it was a little late for lunch, the restaurant was crowded with customers with women, so perhaps they had come for tea as a café.

I did not order the dessert menu this time, but it looks beautiful in the picture. On the left side of the photo is the pasta menu.

It might be a good idea to come here for tea with friends you haven’t seen in a while. The stylish desserts in front of you will surely get the conversation going…

Take out egg dishes!

We were able to ask the store owner a few questions during the checkout process.

Tamago Dining Triangle also offers take-out! There are many delicious take-out restaurants in Higashine City, but it is rare to find a Western-style egg take-out restaurant.

The menu has different variations from what is available at the restaurant, so it is convenient for times when you want to try a menu item that is only available at take-out restaurants, or when you want to eat at a restaurant but don’t have time. It is also convenient for those times when you want to eat at a restaurant, but don’t have time to do so.

It would be very helpful to have a take-out menu, especially nowadays.

I wondered if there were many customers with women, but I heard that there were also men who came alone. I thought so, but there are also men who come to the restaurant alone. This restaurant is sure to please not only families, but also couples who come for lunch or tea.

Parking space is limited, so you can park your car in Komatsu-no-yu’s parking lot and come to the store!

You told us, “This was my first winter in Higashine City, and I was surprised at how much snow there was.” That’s true! I am also surprised every year.

I hope that it will snow for a little while longer…but don’t take it too hard, and I hope that the restaurant will continue to do a lot of business as a Western-style restaurant in Onsen-machi.
